We posted pictures a few days ago showing the damage fire can cause to a home. Here’s a set of photos showing the basement remediation, which needed water damage restoration (because of the amount of water poured into the home as a result of extinguishing the fire), mold remediation (because of the dwell time the insurance company allowed the home to sit), fire damage restoration (to remove soot and smoke damage) and encapsulation.
